A little help when you need it. Use the steps below or contact us about your account, purchase or study tools.

Sign-in or password trouble

Open Sign in from the top of any page. Use the eye button to check your password as you type. Choose Forgot password? to request a reset link, and check your spam folder if you do not see the message.

If a confirmation or reset link has expired, request a fresh one and use the newest message. If a link opens localhost or does not bring you back to Dose Drill, tell support what happened. Do not send us the confirmation link or its access tokens.

Full Pass is missing

1. Sign in using the account you used to purchase Full Pass.
2. Open Account and select Refresh access.
3. If it still does not show, call with your account email, purchase date and receipt or payment reference. Please avoid paying again while we check.

Free questions and pricing

A free account includes 10 practice questions total across dosage practice and community sets. Calculators remain free. Full Pass is $29 USD once, with no subscription. See the full Free & Full Pass comparison.

Billing and refunds

For an incorrect charge, duplicate payment or refund request, have your receipt available and call the number above. Read our Refund Policy for how requests are reviewed. Never send full card details or your password.

Report a study-tool problem

Tell us the calculator or page, what you entered, what happened and the browser or device you used. A screenshot can help, but remove personal or patient information first. Do not use a study result as the sole basis for a clinical decision.

Privacy and account deletion

Call to request access to, correction of or deletion of your account information. We may need to verify account ownership. Our Privacy Policy explains the information used by the service and the choices available to you.
