Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Dose Drill uses, why we use it, and how you can ask for help with your data.

Information used by the service
- Your account: your email address, account identifier, sign-in information and account status. Supabase Auth handles password authentication and account sessions.
- Your study activity: practice topics, answers and results, timestamps, missed questions, practice sets, question allowance, progress and Full Pass access.
- Your study-circle profile: your chosen nickname, avatar and leaderboard choice. If you opt in, other signed-in learners can see your nickname, avatar, rank, XP and study results shown on the board. Your email address is not displayed on the leaderboard. You can turn participation off in Study circle.
- Payments and support: purchase and payment references, payment status and information you provide when asking for help. Stripe processes payment details on its checkout page; Dose Drill does not receive your full card number.
- Website activity: hosting and security services process technical information such as IP address, browser information and requests. Cloudflare Web Analytics supplies traffic and performance measurements.
Why we use this information
We use it to provide accounts and study features, save progress, apply the free-question allowance, restore paid access, process purchases, respond to requests, understand website performance and protect the service against misuse.
Service providers and sharing
Supabase provides account authentication and database services. Stripe handles checkout and payment processing. Cloudflare hosts and protects the website and provides analytics. Google Fonts and the jsDelivr software CDN receive ordinary web requests when their resources load. These providers process information needed for their services under their own terms and privacy practices.
We may also disclose information when required by law or when needed to address fraud, security issues or legal claims. Leaderboard information is shared with other learners only when you choose to participate.
Browser storage
The app uses browser storage for sign-in sessions, appearance preferences and local study milestones. Clearing that storage can sign you out and remove local preferences. Your saved account information, paid access and server-recorded free-question count are separate from browser storage.
Your choices and requests
You can change your leaderboard visibility in Study circle, sign out on shared devices, and clear browser storage through your browser settings. To request access to, correction of or deletion of your account data, contact support. We may need to verify that the account belongs to you before acting on a request.
We keep information needed to provide the service and handle payment, security and legal obligations. Some transaction records and backup copies may need to remain after an account is closed. Your available rights depend on applicable law.
Study information, not patient information
Dose Drill is for educational practice. Do not enter patient names, medical-record numbers or other identifying patient information. It is not a clinical record system. The service is not directed to children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We will update the date above when this policy changes and provide additional notice or seek consent where applicable law requires it.
